We want you to love your custom piece as much as we loved creating it. However, because every item at hjbrl is custom-made or printed to order specifically for you, we have a few guidelines:

The "Change of Heart" Policy

Since we don’t hold pre-printed inventory and every item is created upon request, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, or if you are unhappy with the specific style or size of the garment. To ensure a perfect fit, we recommend double-checking our size guides before hitting the checkout button.

If We Missed the Mark

We take immense pride in our craftsmanship, but we are human. If we have sent the wrong size, color, or garment style, or if there is a genuine defect in the print or engraving, we will fix it immediately.

How to Resolve an Issue

If there is a problem with your order, please reach out within 14 days of delivery.

  1. Take a clear photo of the item (making sure the issue and the size tag are visible).
  2. Email the photo and your order number to hjbrl.au@gmail.com
  3. We’ll review it and get back right away.
